The petitioners are confirmed Assistant Teachers in two different primary schools under DPSC, Nadia, they are praying mutual transfer. The representation of the petitioners to the said effect dated November 21, 2024, which forms part of the writ petition being Annexure-P/4, is pending consideration before the Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no.6 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event, it is found that the learning process of the students of the respective schools of the petitioners would not be affected, if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed, then the

respondent no.6 shall take forward steps for mutual transfer of the petitioners expeditiously. WPA 5210 of 2025 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

No affidavit since has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
