1. None appears for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners in relief clause (a) prayed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to stop the illegal sand mining activities of the respondent no.12 under the guise of tender job.

3. The learned counsel for respondent no.12 categorically urged that the contract was for a period of one year which was over by 3rd quarter of 2023.

4. Thus, nothing remains to be done in the present PIL.

5. In the opinion of this court, if petitioners are still aggrieved and present cause subsists, they may prefer a comprehensive representation before the respondent no.2. In that event, said respondents may examine and decide the representation in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observation and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, these PILs are disposed of.
