The order dated 14th May, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

In the second line of second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 14th May, 2024, the expression "husband of the petitioner" shall stand corrected to read as "brother of the petitioner". In the fifth line of the first paragraph of the second page of the said order dated 14th May, 2024, the expression "death of the husband" shall stand corrected to read as "death of the brother".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 14th May, 2024.

The other parts of the order dated 14th May, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps accordingly. 6.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
