This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 2173 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties and service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

The learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 2173 of 2021 as earlier as possible, but without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
