Petitioner has approached this court on the foundation of a representation made to the Officerin-charge, Palashipara Police Station, KPD Nadia. Copies of the same were advanced to different administrative authorities.

Having considered that the Officer-incharge has got nothing to do with the construction of any religious institution, this court has got no scope to interfere with the contents advanced in the writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 5280 of 2025 is disposed of.

Petitioners would be at liberty to approach the court having determination.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
