This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for disposal of the Title Execution Case No.01 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna expeditiously.

It appears that an application has been filed by the opposite parties challenging the maintainability of the execution proceedings.

Having considered the records, this Court is of the opinion that the learned court below may be directed to dispose of the application filed by the opposite parties as also the execution case within two months from the next date fixed and thereafter dispose of the Title Execution Case No.01 of 2019 within two months from date. This court has not gone into the merits of the case and the learned court below shall decide the matter independently and in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to serve copy of the revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties as also the learned

advocate appearing in the learned court below before the next date fixed.

This revisional application is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
