Case diary in the counter case is produced in court. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and had abetted the assault which resulted in death of the victim. Co-accuseds are absconding. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
