Mr. Shehnaz Tareq Mina, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party is present. This application is filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure challenging the impugned order dated 19.12.2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Alipore in Title Suit No. 105 of 1995 analogously tried with Title Suit No. 106 of 1995 and Title Suit No. 107 of 1995.

In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party submitted the information slip and the server copies of the judgements and orders passed in connection with Title Suit No. 106 of 1995, Title Suit No. 105 of 1995 and Title Suit No. 107 of 1995. It appears that the Title Suit

being No(s) 105 of 1995, 106 of 1995 and 107 of 1995 pending before the learned M.A.C. Tribunal have already been disposed of. So, nothing remains with the present revisional applications and it becomes infructuous. Accordingly there is no justification to keep these revisional applications alive in the list.

The revisional applications being C.O. 27 of 2014 with C.O. 470 of 2014 with C.O. 471 of 2014 are hereby dismissed as infructuous.

Server copies of the judgements which were passed in connection with Title Suits being No(s) 105 of 1995, 106 of 1995 and 107 of 1995 and the information slips filed by the opposite party be kept with the record. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
