Tapasee Choudhury v. Bhaswati Roy & ANR
3rd July, (AK) F.A. 255 of 2025 Tapasee Choudhury Vs.
Bhaswati Roy and another Ms. Soni Ojha ...for the appellant.
Mr. Srijib Chakraborty Mr. Aditya Mondal ...for the respondent no.1.
1.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 points out that in paragraph no.1 of the judgment dated May 13, 2025, the middle daughter Saswati was erroneously mentioned as "eldest daughter".
2.
Also in paragraph no.57 of the said judgment, in the first line, instead of "PW1", it should be read as "testatrix".
3.
Let those expressions be deemed to stand corrected accordingly in the judgment dated May 13, 2025. 4.
Further, in the last paragraph we had erroneously directed that a formal decree be drawn up.
5.
Since the matter arises out of a testamentary proceeding, there is no scope of drawing up of a decree and the said sentence should be deemed to stand deleted.
