dismissed that the petitioner is in custody for more than 8 months and charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case, as such, the petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, submits that there were recoveries and the complainant suffered injuries. The petitioner was identified in the T.I. Parade. Having considered the stage of the case, I am of the opinion that at this stage the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the evidence of the complainant is over. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the process so that the witness action commences and the evidence of the complainant is examined at an earlier date.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(M)630 of 2026 is dismissed.
