A direction to secure expeditious disposal of pending interlocutory applications mentioned in paragraph 14 of instant revisional application, is the ultimate prayer in this case.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, service of notice upon the opposite parties is considered to be not necessary.

Accordingly, service of notice of this application upon opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Arambagh in Title Suit No. 58 of 2007 is directed to dispose of the application filed by defendants under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, petition of defendants under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and the petition of plaintiffs under Order 39 Rule 2A registered as Misc Case No. 04 of 2020 expeditiously as possible, but without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

While endeavouring such exercise, an opportunity of hearing must be given to both the parties.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
