The grievance of the petitioner is that despite an order passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal on 6th February, 2015 directing the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Jamuria, Burdwan to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of communication of the order, the representation has not yet been disposed of and the order of the Tribunal has not been complied with by the concerned Authority.
The petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and take necessary steps before the appropriate Forum.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum for redressal of his grievances.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
