Mr. Imtiaz Akhtar ...for the Petitioner Mr. Suman Ghosh ...for CESC 21-04-2025 AKG Ct. 15 The petitioner seeks the disconnection of the electricity connection registered in the name of respondent No. 6. The issue was adjudicated by the Grievance Redressal Officer by an order dated February 12, 2025, pursuant to a direction issued by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

The petitioner, however, contends that he was not notified of the order dated February 12, 2025. A copy of the order passed by the Grievance Redressal Officer has now been provided to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

In light of this, there is no reason to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated February 12, 2025, in accordance with the law. WPA 5297 of 2025 is disposed of.
