It appears that, there are some allegations of forgery with regard to stamp paper used in the concerned deed of conveyance.

In such circumstances, interest of justice will be subserved by directing the petitioner to deposit the sum equivalent to the stamp paper used in the deed, with the authorities. The authorities upon receipt of such sum shall deposit such sum in a fixed deposit account with any Nationalised Bank. They will keep the fixed deposit renewed from time to time. The authorities will, thereafter, issue a certified copy of the deed to the petitioner. A criminal proceeding is pending.

WPA 4168 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
