For the respondents By reason of a typographical error, in the order dated 18th April, 2024, Mrs. Reshmi Ghosh and Mr. Ranjit Singh, learned advocates, were recorded in such a manner which indicates that they represented the petitioner on that date but facts remain that both the learned advocates, Mrs. Ghosh and Mr. Singh appeared on that date to represent the respondents.

Office is directed to effect necessary rectification in the said order.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor is any accommodation sought for though Mrs. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the respondents, is present. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 3403 of 2012 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
