Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the revisional application chargesheet has been submitted in connection with Bauria Police Station No. 233 of 2022 dated 27-12-2022. In view of the changed circumstances, I direct the petitioner to file afresh, the revisional application enclosing the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure along with the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the aforesaid, the present revisional application being CRR 811 of 2023 as prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner is dismissed as not pressed.
