The learned Advocate for the State-respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructurous as an auction was held and the successful bidder has already been granted the lease to run the 'Atithi Niwas'. The report filed by the State-respondents with all the material particulars in support of their contention, is taken on record.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
