Apparently, petitioner participated in a selection process for a government job on the basis of a school leaving certificate which was investigated into and found to be fake.

Complicity of the petitioner in the incident requires investigation.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation. Furthermore, it will send a wrong signal to the society.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 742 of 2024 is dismissed.
