Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the information furnished by the petitioner was not acted upon by the police station concerned. However, State has submitted a report which reflects that Kalna Police Station Case No.30 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 has been registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court. Petitioner again through postal service informed the police station in respect of certain incidents pursuant to which investigation has commenced. Petitioner has received notice under Section 94 of the BNSS.

In view of the charge-sheet having been submitted in connection with the information furnished by the petitioner, petitioner, if she has any

grievance would ventilate the same by way of filing an appropriate application under the relevant provisions of law before the jurisdictional court.

Petitioner submits that her husband is unable to enter the residence.

In case the petitioner's husband enters the residence, the police authorities would see that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting because of the strained relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5322 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
