Counsel for the alleged contemnors is present and submits that the alleged contemnors, though have preferred an appeal, but the alleged contemnors have lost the appeal and, accordingly, the alleged contemnors have complied with the order passed by this Court. The counsel for the alleged contemnors has handed over a communication dated December 26, 2022 wherein it is mentioned that in compliance with the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of the High Court, the amount has been settled to Mr. Binayak Mondal in respect of the issuing of payment on interest.

Let the communication dated December 26, 2022 be kept with the records.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the alleged contemnors and the communication dated December 26, 2022, the contempt application being CPAN 273 of 2018 is disposed of along with the application.

Rule, if any issued, be discharged.
