The petitioner is the widowed daughter of a deceased Assistant Teacher of a primary school under Purulia District Primary School Council. The prayer of the petitioner for family pension is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Purulia, the respondent no.3 herein.

Learned Advocate for the State submits that he has received instruction from the said respondent wherefrom it would appear that to process the prayer of the petitioner, some documents have been requisitioned from her which are yet to be submitted, he files copy of the said instruction dated March 10, 2025, let it be kept with the record.

The petitioner is directed to supply all the documents so requisitioned to the Sub-Inspector

of Schools (Primary Education), Puncha Circle of the Council, the respondent no.4 herein as expeditiously as possible. On submission of those documents, the respondent no.4 shall take forward steps on the prayer of the petitioner. WPA 5318 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
