I have considered the writ petition along with the enclosures and the earlier order dated 26.12.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in WPA 30863 of 2024. If the petitioners are aggrieved that the order passed by the coordinate Bench has not been complied with, petitioners would be at liberty to take out a contempt application. A fresh application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable in the circumstances of the case. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 5237 of 2025 is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
