Petitioner has prayed for granting appointment on compassionate ground and during pendency of this writ petition District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur by passing order dated 13th March, 2025 refused prayer of the petitioner to appoint her on compassionate ground. Petitioner prays leave to withdraw the writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition questioning order dated 13th March, 2025.

State respondents and District Primary Schools Council, Purba Medinipur are represented by learned advocates.

Considering the submissions made on

behalf of the parties the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh questioning order dated 13th March, 2025 passed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur.
