Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the unauthorized construction has since been demolished pursuant to the order of this Court.

Report of the Municipal Commissioner along with the report of the engineers of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation dated February 4, 2025 in support of demolition placed before this Court be taken on record.

It appears therefrom that the entire unauthorized portion/structure standing at premises no.24/H/22, Dent Mission Row, Ward No.77, Borough-IX has been demolished. Photograph in support of the aforesaid statement has been annexed with the report.

Police report signed by the Officer-in-Charge of Ekbalpore police station dated August 7, 2024

stating compliance of the court's order filed in Court is also taken on record.

As it appears that the order of this Court has been fully complied with, accordingly, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt proceeding any more. The same stands disposed of.

Consequently, the application (CAN No.1 of 2023) is also disposed of.
