The report submitted by the Chief Judge, City Sessions Court Calcutta forwarding the report of Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta stated that the status of the Case No. G.R. No. 1987 of 2008 arising out of Jorasanko Police Station (Section-E1 296 dated 17.12.2008) is fixed on 13.09.2023 for evidence of charge-sheet witness Nos. 2 and 3. In the event, the charge-sheet have been submitted and further trial being initiated, this Court is of the opinion that prima facie case has been established against the petitioner and accordingly the instant revisional application is dismissed. Accordingly, connected application being CRAN 6 of 2013 ( Old No. CRAN 462 of 2013) is also disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
