Petitioner complains that he has been attempted to be thrown away from the property by the private respondents although he happens to be bargadar. The same is disputed by the learned advocate appearing for the respondents.

Records reflect two documents, one dated 28.04.1981, another reflects a notice for attending the hearing fixed by the BDO, Memari-II, Development Block. So far as the representation of the petitioner is concerned, the same majorly covers regarding his right to cultivate with an accusation against the officer who is In-Charge of Satgachia Outpost under Memari Police Station wherein he has alleged that the

concerned police officer has forcefully compelled him to sign a settlement agreement. The grievance of the petitioner is against the police authorities which redressal has been prayed for.

Since the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman has been referred to in the representation, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman to consider such representation within a period of four weeks, if required after hearing the petitioner and the private respondents and inform the outcome within a fortnight thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5328 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
