The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that an information dated 14.02.2025 was furnished to the Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station. The petitioner complains of interference with peaceful enjoyment of his property and the aggression shown by the private respondent. Having regard to the same, the Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station would see that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station will consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and inform the outcome to him within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 5238 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
