Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Provisions of Sections 66C/66D/66E of the Information and Technology Act were added to the existing First Information Report. Police seized offensive video of the victim and the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 997 of 2023 is dismissed.
