The alleged contemnor is personally present in Court and submits affidavit of part compliance of the orders dated 22.08.2021, 07.07.2022 and 20.07.2022.

Paragraph 13 of the affidavit is incomplete and is not supported by medical documents. It is most unfortunate that the alleged contemnor has not even cared to go through the affidavit before it is sworn before the Court. The affidavit is not accepted.

The alleged contemnor is directed to appear personally before the Court (at 10.30 A.M.) on the adjourned date and submit a further affidavit along with supported medical documents.
