The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Branch, Howrah Police Commissionerate would monitor the issue relating to tracing out the respondent no.5 as warrant of arrest has been issued by the court in seisin of the criminal cases pending against him. To that effect, if required, the concerned superior officer would communicate with the Ministry of External Affairs, the Central Home Ministry and the Indian Embassy at Bangkok through proper channel for extraditing the respondent no.5 in connection with the cases referred to by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5334 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
