This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner challenging order dated 19.11.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Hooghly issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner in M.C. Execution No. 52 of 2013.

It appears from the impugned order dated 19.11.2013 that notice sent through post was refused and the postal envelop has returned with endorsement "unclaimed". Under such circumstances, the warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner. Accordingly, I do not find any impropriety or illegality in the order passed.

Accordingly, the revisional is dismissed.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
