This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering their representation dated January 22, 2020 with regard to 'extension of Auto Rickshaw Permit Route from Pakapole Bazar up to Zirangacha Hospital via Hatishala (3 Km.) or via Zirangacha Bridge (31⁄2 Km.)'.

I have heard counsel for both the parties and perused the materials on record. In my view, this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction upon the authority concerned.

Accordingly, I direct the authority concerned to pass a reasoned order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of six weeks
from date. The reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioners within a week of passing of the same. 5.
With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 4206 of 2020 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
7.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
