Petitioners apprehend that they may be dispossessed because of the atrocities being inflicted upon them at the behest of the private respondent, as the private respondents are aggressive, adamant, abusive and restrained the petitioners from cultivation.

State submits that whenever informations have been received by the police authorities, police authorities have kept a strict vigil and thereafter drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

If the situation so demands, the police authorities would ensure continuing their surveillance to the extent that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 5340 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
