State of West Bengal None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 10.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.12.2014, passed by the trial court in Criminal Misc. Case No. 13882 of 2014. The same arose in connection with Beniapukur P.S. Case No. 495 dated 1.12.2014 under Sections 147/148/149/120B/326/307 IPC, the corresponding G.R. No. being 4115 of 2014. By dint of the impugned order the trial court registered the application of the present petitioner filed before it under Section 438 Cr.P.C, 1973 and called for the CD. It has also sought for a report as to whether bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier or not. This order is assailed in this revision.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 373 of 2015 is dismissed.
