Thereafter three years have passed and no one is present today on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the same. Having examined the record, it is noticed that the petitioner has challenged the final notification issued in Form - B1 in respect of Panchayet elections which were proposed in the year 2018.

The allegation of the petitioner was that in the draft Form-B1 notification the Constituency of Dighra Malikberia/PS-12 was reserved as OBC and the Constituency of Bhurkunda/PS -6 was reserved as SC(W) but in the final notification the Constituencies were interchanged .

The date of the final notification was 28.12.2017. We have been informed that thereafter the elections were held and in any case four years have passed. Thus, nothing survives in this petition which is accordingly dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to

approach this Court again in case if any fresh grievance in this regard arises.
