Petitioners complain that the private respondents are involved in illegal activities and are trying to encroach the property/dwelling house of the petitioners.

Additionally, it has been submitted that the BL&LRO have approved the land where the dwelling house is present, inspite of the same the private respondents are adamant in their activities.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that as and when information has been received steps have been taken. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS and have kept a strict vigil.

Police authorities are directed to continue their surveillance and ensure that there is no breach of the peace and or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward

incident results because of the strained relationships existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5341 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
