The communication dated 19.05.2022 addressed by the Assistant Engineer, Kakdwip Highway Sub-Division to Mr. Sengupta, treated as a report, is taken on record along with annexures and photographs.

The debris pursuant to demolition shall be cleared immediately.

Contempt application is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
