When the matter is called on for hearing, an adjournment is sought on the ground of learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor.

Learned Special Officer is present and indicates that the order of this Court dated June 26, 2018 passed in C. O. No. 687 of 2018 has not been abided by in the meantime, inasmuch as the children of the parties have not been brought to the chamber of the learned Special Officer for the purpose of visitation.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner contends that the alleged contemnor is deliberately flouting the said order of this Court by

abstaining from bringing the children of the parties for the purpose of visitation.

Although no specific answer could be given to the said allegation, in view of absence of learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, the matter is fixed, as a last chance, on January 6, 2022, when it will be enlisted under the same heading for hearing.

The alleged contemnor shall strictly abide by the order dated June 26, 2018 passed in C. O. No. 687 of 2018 in the meantime.
