Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated in the case. Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner had assisted in trafficking an infant from the hospital. In view of nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
