It appears, however, that the tender process has already been concluded, with the tender having been awarded to a third party. The petitioner's tender was rejected on technical grounds. The petitioner has already challenged the said rejection by filing a separate writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, W.P.A. 5347 of 2025 is dismissed.
