Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The revisional application has been preferred challenging the CR No.187 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Arambagh, Hooghly under Sections 447/323/504/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners approached this court immediately on receipt of the summons from the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Arambagh.

The contentions of the petitioners are that they have been assaulted and a criminal case has been initiated against them. To that effect, the petitioners submits that the present case has been initiated for wrecking vengeance upon them.

I have assessed the contentions advanced in the revisional application and I find that the contentions which have been raised relate to question of facts, the truth and falsity of which cannot be assessed by this court at this stage.

Consequently, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 589 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
