The petitioner remains unrepresented. In an earlier round of litigation instituted by the petitioner by filing a writ petition, being WPA 12099 of 2021 (Souren Das vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.), which was disposed of by an order dated 13th August, 2021 directing the petitioner to approach the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 inasmuch as the petitioner an employee of the Transport Department of Government of West Bengal was seeking pensionary benefit and this Court lacks in jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the same. It also appears from the records that pursuant to such direction, the petitioner had approached West Bengal Administrative Tribunal. West Bengal Administrative Tribunal has entertained the petitioner's application and the same is pending as submitted by the respondents.

During the pendency of such

proceedings before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal, the petitioner, as submitted by the respondents, has approached this Court by filing the instant writ petition on the self-same cause. The writ petition, therefor, is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
