The said GR Case relates to Panskura P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the State has placed a copy of the final report in Panskura P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018 under Sections 341/384/506/34 IPC wherein it appears that for want of evidence and prosecution the police has submitted final report before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur at Tamluk.

In view of the final report in the present case, the question of transfer does not arise and, as such, the present revision has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as 'infructuous'.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file his 'Naraji' application before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, within 15 days from the date of this order. There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
