The petitioner for the present grievance has already preferred a detailed representation dated 11th February, 2026 before the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, which is pending consideration.

Without waiting for a reasonable time, this petition has been filed. We are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to

examine the representation dated 11th February, 2026 and decide it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. It will be open to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to hear the necessary/affected parties before taking a decision on the said representation. 3.
