2. The petitioner has not argued this matter for quite some time.

3. The learned counsel for the private respondent by taking this court to the order dated 01.05.2023 passed in WPA(P) 181 of 2023 submits that present petitioner filed a PIL in which present private respondent was respondent no.9.

4. This court dismissed the PIL by holding that it is a private matter and does not have the character of a PIL.

5. It appears that petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

6. Accordingly, petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
