Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved 27.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.7 Rakib by the fact that inspite of the private respondents attempting to encroach upon his land and raising unauthorized construction, no steps were taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation is present.

I find that the representation was preferred on 08.02.2023 with the Officer-in-Charge, Pragati Maidan police station. Since, more than two years have passed, I am of the view that if fresh inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, petitioner would be at liberty to inform the concerned police station who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5350 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
