The Bantra Police Station, Howrah has taken the private respondent/husband into custody. The private respondent/husband has paid a sum of Rs.

1,02,000/- towards maintenance.

The balance sum of Rs.2,16,000/- is still due and payable.

Let the further sum of Rs. 2 lakhs be paid by the private respondent/husband within a week from date. In default of payment of the said sum of Rs. 2 lakhs or the current dues, the Bantra Police shall take the private respondent/husband into custody once again and produce him before the learned Court below.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
