No one appears on behalf of the petitioner on first call. On second call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought for. It appears that from the record on the earlier occasion notice was issued upon the petitioner by the opposite party but in spite of receive such notice the petitioner did not turn up. The conduct of the petitioner proved that he is not interested to proceed with this matter.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Any order of stay passed by this Court during the pendecy of the criminal revisional application is hereby vacated. All connected application, if any, is also disposed of.
