Banerjee) Ms. Bratati Dutta ... for the petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Mr. Sabyasachi Mandal ... for the State Mr. Ranjan Saha ... for the DPSC The petitioner submits that the order dated 21.22.2022 is wholly wrong which has been passed pursuant to the order passed by this court on 26.03.2013. The petitioner challenges this order. He has also submitted that the concerned DPSC has clubbed together 2009 and 2010 recruitment process which has sealed the fate of the petitioner as the petitioner participated in 2009 and not in 2010 recruitment process. In 2009 there was a different marking procedure with different marking heads.

In such a situation I direct the Director of School Education to look into the matter thoroughly after hearing the petitioner or his learned advocate within a period of six weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order thereon. If it is found that the petitioner is eligible to get appointment and the DPSC made a mistake

despite admission of the mistake made before this court in WP No. 28328(W) of 2012 (at page 36 of the writ application), the petitioner has to be recommended for a service.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to communicate a copy of this order immediately to the Director of School Education with a complete copy of the writ application. The order dated 21.12.2022 is set aside.
