Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State placed a report and submits that the petitioner has more or less complied the conditions imposed in the said bail order. Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State the order dated 19th March, 2024 is hereby modified to the extent that the petitioner shall henceforth meet the Officer-in-Charge of the Malda Police Station "once in a month" in place of "once in a week". The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
